This is a targeted position in accordance with Policy Directive (PD2023_046) Aboriginal Workforce Composition.

What You'll Be Doing
Perform a range of responsibilities, including the role of primary contact for patients and visitors to the Pathology Department. The successful candidate will be tasked with organising and overseeing the reception area, answering and directing incoming phone calls, providing pathology results, managing mail distribution, data entry into information management systems, and offering administrative support to both the Administration team and Pre-Analytical department. Provide a proactive customer support service that supports NSWHP operations.
