This role involves:
* Leading the end-to-end delivery of HR projects, including system implementations and organizational changes.
* Recommending improvements to HR systems, covering core HR, learning, and talent optimization.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders such as clients, peers, and executives.
* Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth execution.
* Managing project budgets efficiently to optimize resources and deliver business value.
Candidates should be proactive, experienced Project Managers with a passion for both people and technology. Key qualifications include:
* A degree in IT, Business, HR, or equivalent experience.
* Over five years of experience managing HR tech implementations and system development (Workday experience is a plus).
* Experience with external system procurement, implementation, and stakeholder engagement.
