**About the Role**
Join our team as a Health Dataset Officer at Monash Medical Centre - Clayton working full-time for a fixed-term period of 12 months. This role will work with the Specialist Consulting Clinic Advisors and the VINAH Data Team to develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clinic scheduling templates meet the requirements of the Outpatient clinics as well ensure compliance with:
- Managing referrals to non-admitted specialist services in Victorian public health services policy
- Victorian Integrated Non-Admitted Health (VINAH ) reporting requirements; and
- Medicare Australia billing guidelines
**Specifically, this role will involve**:
- Building and maintaining Outpatient clinic scheduling templates within iPM
- Development of reference material and delivery of end user education on standardised procedures around the maintenance of Outpatient clinic scheduling templates and related non-admitted data reporting requirements
- Testing of key functionality relating to the Outpatients module with any upgrade or release
- Travel to other Monash Health sites, as required
- Working onsite and remotely under a hybrid working remotely model
**About Us**
We are looking to engage those with a passion for systems, procedures and data quality to integrate with our team who support acute non-admitted services through the creation of Outpatient clinic scheduling templates and provision of education and training to ensure VINAH compliance. Specifically, our key responsibilities are outpatient clinic template management, training, data submission, auditing and system testing. This team is also responsible for assisting with the development of necessary key underlying business processes to ensure compliance with Department of Health reporting requirements.

- Ability to complete tasks efficiently with accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with experience in developing reference documentation and effectively presenting information to various audiences and stakeholders
- A willingness to learn with a positive approach to an ever-evolving environment
Ideally you will also have experience and demonstrated skills and knowledge with using iPM.
