**About the Role**:
- **Position**: Customer Service Representative
- ** Location**: Lytton QLD 4178
- ** Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- ** Hourly Rate**: $32.50/hr + Super
- ** Immediate Start**: Urgently required
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the primary liaison for designated customers, coordinating all related activities efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with assigned customers to ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate client orders, ensuring smooth collaboration with warehouse and transport teams for cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain awareness of Service Level Agreements and rate structures for clients.
- Manage tasks, such as orders, stock counts, and KPI maintenance, effectively using available tools.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Year 12 or equivalent.
- Previous experience in logistics and customer service is highly considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with KPI management preferred.
- High accuracy in data entry; effective communication skills are essential.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of employees and customers.
