HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a proficient Customer Service Representative with a passion in logistics operations.
About the Role:
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lytton QLD 4178
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Hourly Rate: $32.50/hr + Super
Immediate Start: Urgently required
Responsibilities:
Be the primary liaison for designated customers, coordinating all related activities efficiently.
Develop and maintain robust working relationships with assigned customers to ensure effective communication.
Coordinate client orders, ensuring smooth collaboration with warehouse and transport teams for cost-effective solutions.
Maintain awareness of Service Level Agreements and rate structures for clients.
Manage tasks, such as orders, stock counts, and KPI maintenance, effectively using available tools.
Requirements:
Minimum Year 12 or equivalent.
Previous experience in logistics and customer service is highly considered
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with KPI management preferred.
High accuracy in data entry; effective communication skills are essential.
Ability to engage with a diverse range of employees and customers.
