**Job Overview:**
Delany College is seeking a skilled and contemporary Leader of Learning in Personal Development, Health and Physical Education (PDHPE) to join our school community and enhance student experiences.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Contemporary and authoritative professional knowledge and understanding of teaching PDHPE across Years 7-12.
* Understanding of differentiated learning to cater for diverse student needs.
* Exemplary professional practice, including effective relationships management, creating engaging learning environments, and rigorous program planning.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Developing and implementing inclusive learning programs that cater to students' diverse needs.
* Assessing and providing constructive feedback to inform teaching and learning.
* Communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
**Essential Qualifications and Accreditations:**
* Eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
* Tertiary qualification in Education (minimum 4-year degree or 75% completion).
* Valid Working with Children Check.
