With significant capital investment underway across grid-scale batteries, Renewable Energy Zones and major infrastructure programs, the business is entering a sustained period of growth, transformation and innovation.The Role The Senior Commercial Finance Manager provides strategic financial leadership across a high-value portfolio spanning grid-scale batteries, REZ developments, major infrastructure delivery and energy trading.Partnering closely with senior executives, you will deliver forward-looking commercial insight, rigorous investment evaluation and constructive challenge — driving disciplined capital allocation, strong governance and risk-adjusted value creation across this capital-intensive portfolio.Key AccountabilitiesLead commercial partnering across major capital investments, REZ developments and battery programsProvide financial leadership and oversight of battery trading across community and grid-scale operationsInfluence executive decision-making through scenario modelling and strategic analysisStrengthen trading governance, controls and risk frameworksOwn portfolio performance reporting, forecasting and commercial insightsUplift business case quality and investment evaluation standardsLead and develop a high-performing commercial finance teamSkills & Experience Required10+ years' experience in commercial finance, infrastructure investment or strategic business partneringProven experience supporting large-scale capital or real asset portfoliosAdvanced financial modelling and investment evaluation capabilityStrong executive stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsExperience leading or mentoring high-performing finance professionalsDegree in Finance, Commerce or Economics (CA/CPA/CFA preferred)Exposure to energy markets, trading environments or major infrastructure programs advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
