**The Opportunity**
On behalf of a large Federal Government agency, we are looking for an L&D; Officer to coordinate and assist in the development of training and other learning activities. This is a 12-month assignment, working full time hours Monday to Friday.
**Responsibilities include;**
- Strategically consulting with a range of stakeholders to support the development of training content.
- Coordinate learning and development activities.
- Providing recommendations and developing solutions including learning needs and performance gap analyses.
- Managing projects and processes, including the development and ongoing maintenance of a portfolio of learning solutions.
- Providing a high level of instructional design capability in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation.
- Undertaking procurement and coordination of external programs.
**To be considered for this role you will demonstrate;**
- Facilitation skills in on-site and virtual environments
- Workplace learning background and experience using blended learning strategies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge and understanding of WCAG2.0 AA standards.
- Experience in Learning & Development project management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
