What's the role?
We are seeking experienced MC Drivers to join the Qube team within our Midwest region at our Geraldton depot. These are full-time positions for locally based applicants. Drivers will be responsible for the loading, unloading, and driving operations of Quad Road Trains to transport a variety of materials/minerals throughout the Midwest region.

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have:
* Current MC Licence
* Minimum of 12 months prior experience operating double and/or triple combinations
* Must have prior self-loading experience
* Prior side-tipping experience
* Front-End Loader ticket (or ability to obtain one)
* National Police Clearance – Within 6 months of obtaining
* Traffic History Report – Within 3 months of obtaining
* Maritime Security Identification Card (Highly regarded) – Can be obtained during employment
* Ability to communicate effectively with other operators
* Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed
* Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines
* Good mechanical aptitude
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* A positive attitude towards the transport industry
Internal Qube Employee Referral Fee:
* Increase from $500 to $1000 (For Qualified MC Operators Only)
* Paid to the referrer upon commencement of employment
Sign-on bonus (Residential Only):
* $1000 paid on commencement of employment
* $2000 paid on completion of 3 months employment
