About the Role
As a Junior Mobilisation Administrator, you will support operations teams to ensure employees and contractors are fully compliant, inducted, and ready to commence work safely and efficiently on client sites.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the recruitment team to facilitate a smooth transition from onboarding through to mobilisation.
* Assist with end-to-end mobilisation of employees & contractors to client locations.
* Ensure all inductions, medicals, trade or site-specific requirements are met and maintained in line with company, client, and legislative standards.
* Manage daily travel and accommodation bookings through preferred suppliers, maintaining clear communication with employees.
* Maintain and update company and client systems with travel and mobilisation details to ensure accuracy and traceability.
* Handle confidential employee and medical information in accordance with privacy regulations.
* Assist with ordering, allocating, and tracking PPE and uniforms.
* Raise purchase requisitions in accordance with procurement guidelines and ensure expenses are managed within approved limits.
* Support operations teams with general administrative tasks.
* Build strong working relationships internally and externally through consistent professional communication.
