Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join the team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role, providing the successful applicant with the opportunity to build on their leadership and management skills, within a supportive and fast paced environment. The position will require the successful applicant to assist with the management of the day to day operation of the site, in addition to spending time at the front counter as part of the customer service team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day site operations and management.
* Spend time at the front counter as part of the customer service team.
* Make quality coffee and prepare food.
* Keep the store presentable and maintain a strong work ethic.
* Serve customers and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a café environment.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
* Proven skills in staff management.
* Current food safety supervisors certificate (preferred).
* Positive attitude, initiative, and a team player mentality.
