We are looking for a proactive Sales and Logistics Coordinator to support our Domestic and Seed business. You will connect the dots between sales, production, warehousing and freight, ensuring customers receive the right product, in the right bag, from the right site, on time. It is fast-paced, varied, and seriously satisfying when you get it right.

What You'll Be Doing
· Coordinate the full order-to-delivery flow for Domestic and Seed customers.
· Set up and manage Sales Contracts once pricing is confirmed.
· Process and maintain orders in BSM, keeping product, bagging and site details accurate.
· Partner with production to issue bagging instructions and keep urgent orders moving.
· Coordinate with warehouses to confirm stock availability and dispatch readiness.
· Book and manage freight movements, working with carriers for smooth, efficient deliveries.
· Keep customers informed with clear, proactive service updates.
· Produce simple weekly reports (sales, open orders/pipeline, DIFOT).
· Keep records current in HubSpot and manage key admin tasks (AGT portal, QA docs, accruals, CHEP).
About You
· Experience in sales administration, order processing, logistics coordination, warehousing support or customer service (ideally in ag, food, manufacturing, or logistics).
· Strong attention to detail - accurate with product specifications, quantities, locations and documentation.
· Confident communicator who can coordinate across sales, production, warehouses and freight providers.
· Comfortable with systems and reporting (Excel/Sheets; HubSpot/CRM experience is a bonus).
· Calm under pressure, good at prioritising, and driven to deliver on-time outcomes.
