Our client, a well-established head contractor, is seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of Education, Retail and Hospitality projects across Queensland.
This role offers a clear pathway into Project Management or Commercial Lead roles, ideal for someone looking to grow their career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare scopes of work, payment schedules, and financial reports
* Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
* Manage cost codes, cash flow forecasts, and project correspondence
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and contract terms
* Process progress claims and maintain key registers
About You:
* Degree in Construction Management (or similar)
* 3–5 years of Contracts Admin experience with a commercial head contractor in QLD
* Experience in new build and refurbishment projects – Education, Retail or Hospitality
* Proficiency in Procore
* Based in Brisbane
