* The successful candidate will provide tailored therapeutic care, working closely with residential staff, families, and case managers to deliver clinical expertise and develop trauma-informed plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver therapeutic support for children in care
* Design behaviour and care support plans
* Provide assessments and clinical guidance
* Collaborate with residential staff, families, and case managers
* Travel with outreach team to deliver tailored services
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing
* Registered with relevant professional body
* Experience in therapeutic or clinical child/youth care
* Knowledge of Out of Home Care and child protection systems
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel interstate
