Randstad is on the lookout for a Factory Hand to join a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse. As part of a national team, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality aluminium windows and doors that go into homes and buildings across Australia.
About the Role:
You’ll be hands-on, working in the factory to assist in:
* Assembling and fabricating aluminium frames
* Glazing and fitting hardware
* Operating hand and power tools
* Loading/unloading materials
* Maintaining a safe and clean work area
What We’re Looking For:
* Physically fit and reliable
* Can use basic hand and power tools
* Keen eye for detail and takes pride in quality work
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Experience in a similar manufacturing environment is a bonus (but not essential)
