About The Role
As the first point of contact, you will greet patients as they arrive and manage reception duties, appointment bookings, and patient administration. You will support smooth clinic operations while creating a professional, welcoming experience for every patient.
Comprehensive paid training is provided to ensure you feel confident, capable and well supported in the role. Once fully trained, this role will also provide support to other clinics, including Burnside Hospital and Prospect clinics.
About You
* Available to work across Stepney, Burnside Hospital, and Prospect clinics once fully trained.
* Available to work rotating shifts between 7:30 am - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends once fully trained.
* Friendly, professional and customer‐focused, with a passion for patient care.
* Experience in a reception or customer service role, ideally in a medical setting.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and stay organised.
* Detail‐oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
* A team player who supports both patients and colleagues.
* Good computer skills, with an understanding of medical imaging terminology being a plus.
