**The Role**
To be successful in this role, you must be able to handle working in a high-pressure environment and be adaptable to the day-to-day running's of the business. With an organisation that continues to expand year after year, our client is seeking a highly motivated, customer focused Customer Service Team Leader to join their team to assist with the following:
- Manage a team of Customer Service Representatives
- Placing orders for customers
- Resolving customer complaints
- Updating and maintaining customer records
- Providing ETA and shipping support
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
**Your Profile**
You have demonstrated Customer Service experience, with keen problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and customers.
Key selection criteria include:
- Strong customer service experience
- Experience in leading a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
- Experience with warranties, claims, or insurance highly advantageous
- Understanding of logistics and freight management beneficial
