Job Title: School Officer
About the Role
This is a key position that supports the daily administrative and financial operations of a school.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently without supervision or direction, and possess the ability to work in a team environment.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist with financial tasks such as invoice processing, GST coding, and reconciliation
* Support month-end procedures, financial planning, asset management, and coordinating the use and maintenance of school facilities
* Maintain accurate financial and student records and contribute to the development and publication of school materials
* Provide advice on travel and allowances, manage databases and information systems (including timetabling), and handle student enrolment documentation
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that all responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately.
