The Role: In this role, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT assistance, helping staff with hardware, software, and basic network issues to ensure everything runs efficiently. It's a great opportunity for someone with strong Level 1-2 support experience who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new skills, and working in a friendly, collaborative environment that encourages development and career progression.
