Overview
Responsible for leading and developing an effective team, overseeing vendor performance, and optimizing daily operations. This role also requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, strategic alignment with management, and provision of guidance and support to the team to ensure team effectiveness.
Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the work of vendors, fostering collaboration and ensuring the team's adherence to agreements and deadlines.
* Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to the team to optimize individual and team effectiveness.
* Supervise daily operations, resolving issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal management to align operational goals and address strategic priorities.
* Maintain open and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships.
* Generate operational reports and present findings to management, articulating successes and areas of opportunity.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Minimum Education: Certificate or Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or similar (highly desired).
* Minimum Experience: At least four (4) years of relevant work experience.
* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills; proven expertise in planning and organizing with strong accuracy and attention to detail; proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and logistics software.
