A Business Analyst that will join a well-respected Not For Profit that will play a pivotal role with the organisations Digital Strategy.

**The Role**
This PMO Manager role represents an excellent opportunity work with an organisation that is in an extremely exciting time and help embed and establish their Project Management delivery and governance framework. The PMO Manager will oversee and guide the successful delivery of numerous IT and organisational transformation projects.
As the PMO Manager, you will focus on the following areas:
- Establish, maintain and continuously improve the project delivery and project governance framework encompassing end to end processes for program and project definition, initiation, planning, controlling, implementation and closure, based on best practice.
- Develop repeatable processes, templates, PMO systems and guidance with a fit for purpose approach to investment prioritisation, project planning and budget estimation, project initiation and implementation
- Ensure the quality of all project documents and data to assure the projects integrity.
- Work closely with business areas and sponsors to ensure that the program or project delivers upon organisational goals and benefits
- Lead and encourage consistency across the projects and facilitate right-sized and fit for purpose implementation as well as effective financial and status reporting.
- Develop and implement a reporting framework in line with organisational reporting requirements and ensure sufficient information is available when required
- Identify and document program or project risks and issues and develop effective management strategies
- Identify and manage resources needed to deliver upon program or project outcomes
- Use appropriate project management planning and monitoring tools to track project progress
- Support project teams through robust processes, tools, training and implementation support.
- Maintain and develop Project Management templates and training materials
- Develop program plans including project schedule, activity sequencing, dependencies, timelines, risk management strategies, resource requirements etc. to enable effective implementation
- Assist in defining project scope and the preparation of project business cases
- Provide insights regarding schedule and resource interdependencies and risks, and recommendations to mitigate, sequence and accelerate the pace of project delivery.
- Provide information and communications to program/ project stakeholders and ensure PMO services align with stakeholder expectations
- Find innovative solutions to resolve stakeholder issues
- Deliver strategic change through PMO activity
**Your Profile**
You are an experienced PMO Manager with the following skills:
- 5+ years' in a Project Management Office role, with demonstrated success establishing, leading and enhancing the IT Program/ Project planning and delivery functions in an organisation.
- Proven successful experience establishing and leading a PMO including the effective design and implementation of services per customer requirements and expectations.
- Extensive project management experience including planning and leading projects and successful project delivery in complex environments.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with all levels and to lead and influence stakeholders to drive high performance.
- Proven resource and demand management experience across program investment, planning and delivery and effective financial management and budget tracking.
- Ability to work at high speed, multi-task, and manage multiple work streams.
- Strong initiative and a 'can do attitude'.
- A high level of general IT skills.
