We are seeking a new Payroll Office to work with one of our clients. This established and growing organisation is searching for talent with ADP Payroll process experience. This job is a temporary position commencing immediately with the possibility for extension.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As part of the Finance division you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team ensuring the fortnightly pay cycles of 300 employees.
The Payroll Officer will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Utilising ADP software to process fortnightly pay cycles
- Supporting management and stakeholders with pay and interpretation queries
- Prepare cash payment summaries, banking reports and bank statements if required
- Report writing, collating and distributing documents
Job requirements:
- Previous 12-month experience in a Payroll position
- Previous experience in the retail or distribution industry is preferred
- Previous experience utilising ADP software.
- Have strong attention to detail, computer planning skills to manage multiple priorities
- The ability to communicate, written and verbally, clearly, and effectively with all levels of internal staff and external clients
- Valid working rights
