The position of Support Services Professional plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to staff, students, and parents regarding ICT services. These include desktop and laptop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, Chromebook support, printers, desktop software, basic networking, Windows Operating Systems, ChromeOS, and phone systems.
This role involves interacting with customers and requires someone capable of providing an appropriate level of service while dealing with people who may be under stress.
* Certification: Certificate in ICT support is required.
