The Role
As a Lifestyle Support Team Leader, you will support and guide a team of Lifestyle Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in mentoring staff, coordinating services, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional support tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to Lifestyle Support Workers
* Support clients with complex needs, ensuring services align with individual goal
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver holistic support
* Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies
* Manage documentation, incident reporting, and staff performance
* Participate in an on-call roster
* Provide direct client support, including manual handling, seizure management, and medication assistance
Work Hours
This is a permanent part-time role offering 30+ hours per week, which includes direct client care.

Requirements
* Diploma (or higher) in Disability, Community Services, or a related field
* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (Paid status)
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
* Queensland C Class Driver’s Licence with a registered and insured vehicle
