About the role
We're on the hunt for a hands-on, reliable Front of House All-Rounder to join our team on a casual basis. This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be right in the middle of everything — from greeting customers with a smile to cooking up breakfast favourites on the grill.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Processing sales and payments accurately and efficiently
* Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
* Making sandwiches, rolls and made-to-order items
* Preparing and serving coffee and other hot & cold drinks
* Cooking fast food items — bacon & egg rolls, burgers, chips and more
* Prepping vegetables and meat patties for burgers
* Packing orders and keeping the display cases looking sharp
* Receiving deliveries and replenishing stock
* Maintaining a clean, tidy and food-safe work area
What we're looking for
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Hospitality, café or bakery experience preferred but not essential — we'll train the right person
* Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
* Ability to work quickly and calmly under pressure
* Great customer service skills and a team-first mindset
* Reliable, punctual and presentable
* Food Safety certification is a bonus (or willingness to obtain)
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Availability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM as required
