About the role:

As a Motorcycle Service Advisor, you'll be a primary point of contact for new and existing motorcycle service customers and will take a leading role in driving a seamless and outstanding customer experience.

Core responsibilities:

* Maintaining manufacturer and company records.

About you:

* Organised and detail-oriented: You can manage multiple tasks and priorities while paying attention to detail.
* Friendly and approachable: People are happy to, and often do, come to you for advice.
* Reliable and punctual: You have a "can-do" approach and enjoy solving problems.
* Team-player: You work well in an environment where collaboration is essential and will go out of your way to assist your colleagues when needed.

Communication

* You effectively communicate technical information to clients and colleagues in a friendly, efficient manner.

Technical Aptitude / Experience

* Experience in retail, customer service, or automotive industries is highly regarded.
* A basic understanding of motorcycle functionality is preferred but not essential.

The following qualifications are desirable but not essential:

* Technical training/certification in a relevant industry
* Previous experience in a customer service, administration, retail role, or another position within the leisure or automotive industry.

* Competitive salary + benefits.
* Work-life balance — work 5 days (plus 1 Saturday per month) — NOT 7 days per week (we really enjoy our Saturday-arvo and Sundays off).
* PLAY with the things you sell. Ride motorbikes, captain a vessel, etc.
* Employee benefits such as: discounts for vehicles, parts & accessories, and access to our finance products like home loans or vehicle finance.
* We supply your gear; no worries about what to wear, we'll hook you up
