Cashier Services Duty Manager Role
As a leader of day-to-day operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Casino Cage and Keno services. This role requires a strong leader who can drive team member engagement, development, and manage performance.
This position involves coordinating daily operations, including team member scheduling and professional development. You will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement through process change, managing costs, and reviewing guest experience.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Coordination of daily operations inclusive of team member scheduling and professional development
* Drive continuous improvement through process change, management of costs, and review of guest experience
* Establish and maintain patron accounts in compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
* Supervise and guide the team, fostering a proactive and high-performance environment
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act 1982, associated Legislation and the System of Accounting and Internal Control
