Summary of Position We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager – Home Care to step into a key leadership role in Shepparton. In this position, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred home care and respite services for older people living in the community. You will provide guidance to a multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with aged care standards, and drive continuous service excellence while managing resources effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Home Care and Respite teams to deliver consumer-focused services. Oversee assessment, care planning, and service delivery to enhance independence and wellbeing. Monitor budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with aged care quality standards, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. Lead accreditation processes, quality improvement, and service development initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, carers, and referral partners. Foster a positive and supportive team culture with a focus on collaboration and professional development. Key Requirements Tertiary qualifications in management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven leadership and operational management experience in health, aged care, or community services. Strong understanding of assessment, care planning, and service delivery in community aged care. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Experience with financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation. Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and accreditation processes. Current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
