Nonna's Italian Cousine, Harbourtown is seeking at least two dedicated and talented Cooks to join our team in Biggera Waters, QLD. This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Italian pastas and comon English-Australian dishes. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital part in upholding our reputation for serving exceptional cuisine.

What you'll be doing:
* Preparing and cooking a wide range of Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, risotto and classic mains
* Ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
* Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes
* Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Providing exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests
What we're looking for:
* At least 2 years' experience as a Cook or Chef in a busy restaurant.
* Excellent knowledge of traditional Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Availability in weekends
* Passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients to create authentic, flavourful dishes
* Food safety and hygiene certification
