Permits & Compliance Officer - Dual Occupancy

Based in our fun, family environment Mount Waverley Head Office, work within the busy DualOcc team
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparation and follow up of permit documentation for the building process
* Assist with land compliance assessments
* Evaluate land contracts & regulatory information
* Liaising with Developers, Councils, and Building Surveys and internal departments
* Manage Soils, Surveys and PSI information; and
* Generating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendations.

The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in pre-site administration, permits or drafting within residential
* Completed studies in Cert IV Building & Construction or higher would be an advantage
* An understanding of the residential home building and construction process
* Exceptional customer service with the ability to manage customer expectations
* Ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining high attention to detail; and
* Outstanding organisational and time management capabilities.
