The Opportunity

To continue this growth, Forch Australia are now seeking a talented Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service and generate new sales opportunities in the inner city and northside of Brisbane.

Job Description

What You\'ll Be Doing

* Actively engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions
* Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets and KPIs
* Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience
* Cold calling/ prospecting new business to grow the active customer base
* Following a structured call cycle using our CRM tool
* Maintaining up-to-date Forch product knowledge to promote, sell and provide reliable advice
* Conducting regular onsite client visits, including assisting with Forch Varo storageinstallations
* Ensuring Varo units are fully stocked, maintained and presented to standard during each visit
* Participatingin sales campaigns and promotions to drive revenue and achieve individual/team targets
* Collaboratingwith cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
* Contributingto the development of sales strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives

Desired Skills and Experience

What We\'re Looking For

* Preferably demonstrated sales experience, but not essential. What matters is your drive and ability to grow a customer base
* Attention to detail in managing quotes, orders, and customer needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Ability to learn product knowledge and the drive to continuously expand your expertise
* A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and going the extra mile
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
* Commitment to safety in all aspects of your work
* Familiarity with sales processes and data management systems
