Job Title: Distribution Account Manager

This role empowers collaboration and fosters growth. We help teams excel from anywhere, without compromising on productivity or continuity.


The Team and Role:

* This is a full-time, remote/hybrid position that is ideally based in the US. However, other locations will be considered.

As a Distribution Account Manager for Value-Added Distributors, you will drive growth for all products and services in the Logitech portfolio.


Your Contribution:

1. Build lasting relationships with your accounts, becoming their trusted technology partner for all solutions.
2. Promote sales through distribution channels by owning, creating, and executing strategic business account plans.
3. Expand product offerings and grow market share within assigned territories or accounts.
4. Develop and execute against plans to surface new opportunities in the reseller space to accelerate business in all verticals.
5. Set and track performance metrics for distribution accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
6. Execute meaningfully, promptly, accurately, and reliably – being a top-class vendor partner.
7. Ensure smooth execution of distribution operations, including order management, inventory levels, and logistics coordination.
8. Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align distributor initiatives with company goals.
9. Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends, and competitive insights to stakeholders.
10. Deliver product training and enablement sessions to distributor sellers to ensure they are equipped to represent the brand effectively.
11. Network with counterparts and funded heads to co-sell, cross-sell, and up-sell.
12. Execute Quarterly Business Reviews. Provide data insights to performance results and identify opportunities for growth.
13. Manage quarterly MDF (Market Development Funds) plans, ensuring expenditures align with budgetary guidelines for set accounts.
14. Manage weekly funded head activity including pipeline, forecasts, ROI, and KPI tracking to ensure joint business alignment.
15. Contribute to the long-term success of the team by being a collaborative leader amongst peers. Consistently striving to learn, improve, and reinvent oneself.


Key Qualifications:

1. Years of proven sales experience working with distribution channels.
2. Results-driven and committed to leading a team on finding new opportunities in a growing business.
3. Strong sales and communications skills and the ability to conduct teach and deliver effective presentations face-to-face and virtually.
4. Key relationship skills and capabilities to work at all levels including C-Suite.
5. Business and related industry knowledge with a proven ability to build relationships with distributors and penetrate at a management level.
6. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively to drive business in a leadership environment.
7. Focused on meeting deadlines (individual and team) and upleveling culture through a collaborative, one-team approach.
