* Administration / Property Management Support Specialist
* Location: Lakes Entrance
* Position: Full-Time - Monday to Friday 9-5pm (some Saturdays 9-12 noon)
Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Administration / Property Management Support Specialist to assist in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage property operations: tenant inquiries, lease agreements, maintenance requests.
o Communicate property updates and maintenance schedules to tenants.
o Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly.
o Coordinate repairs with maintenance staff and vendors.
o Provide general administrative support.
o Assist in marketing available properties via social media and online listings.
o Qualifications:
o High school diploma; degree in Property Management or related field preferred.
o Valid agent representative certificate preferred.
o Current driver's license.
o Experience in property management or admin roles is advantageous.
o Marketing knowledge is a plus.
o Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
o Knowledge of local property laws is a plus.
