We are seeking a passionate and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our GFG Projects team based within the Toowoomba Region.
The successful candidate will provide ultimate support to our project management teams to deliver diverse construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Practical experience in commercial construction contracts administration.
* Experience in subcontractor management, accompanied by strong knowledge of commercial contracts and BCIPA.
* Advanced level knowledge of computerized job costing or project management software such as Jobpac.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* High degree of commercial acumen.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build and develop positive business relationships.
