We're looking for an in-house video editor who enjoys structured, repeatable work and takes pride in getting through volume efficiently and accurately. This is a hands‐on, offline editing role — ideal for someone early to mid‐career who wants to sharpen their craft inside a professional production environment.
This is not a flashy, experimental editing role. It is a chance to build serious editorial foundations, work inside well‐designed systems, and become fast, trusted, and indispensable.
The Role
You'll be responsible for assistant edit and offline edit work only, supporting the production of long‐form educational courses. Your focus will be on assembling, cleaning, and offlining content for senior review — ensuring every lesson is clear, on‐brand, and technically sound.
You'll work closely with our Senior Production Lead and Production Manager and be part of a calm, considered team that values clarity over chaos.
What you'll be doing
* Syncing and assembling multicam proxy footage into structured timelines
* Then, with detailed editing notes as a guide, turning those assemblies into offline edits that consist of long‐form course lessons.
* Trimming errors, pauses, repeated takes, mouth sounds and off‐topic sections
* Balancing and enhancing audio across all course lessons
* Applying templated, on‐brand graphics
* Preparing clean timelines for senior review and final grading
* Generating and managing transcripts, SRT files, and course stills
* Organising footage, projects, and assets to strict naming conventions
* Applying feedback accurately and efficiently
* Flagging technical issues early and clearly

What you'll need
* Strong technical knowledge of DaVinci Resolve
* Multicam editing know‐how
* Strong attention to detail
* Solid understanding of proxies and remote workflows
* Reliable internet and a robust personal editing setup
* Clear written English for internal communication
* Experience working remotely or offshore
Nice to have
* Experience editing online courses or educational content
* Audio cleanup and basic colour correction knowledge
* Experience with fusion graphics
* Familiarity with AI‐assisted editing workflows
