**About the Role**
- Up to $60,000 + Super
- Monday to Friday 8.30AM start
- Deliver 5-star customer service at all times
- Open, close & maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean & tidy at all times
- The face and voice of the business. Filter all calls through to the appropriate staff member
- Ensuring office supplies are well stocked, daily banking & mail
- General reception duties & support with administration tasks
- Assisting the Sales Administrator and Marketing Coordinator with overflow administration
**Skills & Experience**
- **Real Estate industry experience is preferred but not essential**:
- Corporate presentation & confident demeanour
- Excellent computing skills & attention to detail
- Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
- Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
- VaultRE knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
