We are seeking an individual to join our Learning and Development team as a dynamic Apprentice Trainer. This role is at the forefront of apprentice training, ensuring it meets the highest standards and aligns with WesTrac's Core Values.
The successful candidate will be passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of skilled technicians. They will deliver engaging and effective training to apprentices, ensure training meets RTO (50737) compliance standards, provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, and manage training administration and documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will need a qualification in Mobile Plant or Heavy/Commercial Vehicle Technology, as well as experience working as a technician ready to transition into a mentoring Trainer role. We also value candidates with a passion for learning and helping individuals reach their full potential, excellent communication skills, and basic Microsoft Suite skills. Exposure to and knowledge of Caterpillar equipment is desirable but not essential.
