The full-time role
Snooze Helensvale is on the lookout for a Sales and Warehouse Team Member who brings confidence, authenticity, and a genuine knack for building relationships, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is predominantly a sales role, but includes lifting and warehousing duties.
For the right candidate, we're also open to a part-time option, working 3-4 days a week. Your role will include shifts across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
At Snooze, you will
* Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
* Collaborate in the day-to-day store team operations – you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an awesome customer experience.
You will bring
* Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential)
* Customer centric behaviours
* Confident and professional communication skills
* The ability to use a computer
* The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
* The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strengthto carry heavy stock safely, from time to time.
