Responsibilities
As an Executive Support Officer, provide high‐level confidential executive and administrative support to senior Nursing and Midwifery leaders. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and events, prepare executive correspondence and reports, support recruitment and payroll processes, and drive efficient business operations.
About You
* Demonstrated experience providing high‐level executive or administrative support to senior leaders.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and confidential information.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports, correspondence and meeting documentation.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate corporate systems and processes.
* A collaborative, customer‐focused approach with strong problem‐solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

The Metro South Health Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery Division provides strategic leadership, governance and professional support for nursing and midwifery services across the health service. The Division drives the delivery of the Nursing and Midwifery Plan, ensuring alignment with organisational and statewide priorities, while promoting high‐quality, safe and compliant practice.
