Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, deliver, and evaluate music and drama lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
2. Develop and implement schemes of work that meet the requirements of the curriculum and meet the needs of all learners.
3. Assess pupil progress and provide feedback to students, parents, and colleagues as appropriate.
4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
5. Contribute to the development of the school's arts policy and initiatives.
6. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong musical and dramatic skills, with experience in teaching music and drama to students of various ages and abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and develop positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
* Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing circumstances and priorities.
