If this sounds like you, come and join us! The Project Officer supports the Project Management team in managing and delivering all projects from inception to completion. This includes project planning, scheduling, resourcing and communication among team members, clients and stakeholders. The Project Officer assumes primary responsibility for timely completion of all project activities in scope and aligned with organizational objectives, following the Vocus guidelines for hybrid ways of working.
What you’ll be doing day‑to‑day

Documentation & Reporting
Identify potential project risks and issues, and work with the FES management team to develop mitigation strategies
Coordinate the allocation of resources, including human resources, materials and equipment
Assist with project reviews and audits as needed to ensure compliance with organisational standards and guidelines
Assist with the procurement of supplies and services necessary for project execution
Handle general administrative tasks related to project operations, including filing, tracking and documentation
What you’ll bring to this role
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Engineering background (telecommunication experience is a plus)
Ability to create reports with Excel
Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
Self‑driven, proactive and a quick learner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with keen attention to detail
Experience navigating a dynamic and complex customer landscape effectively
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Collaborative and supportive, with a strong ability to work in cross‑functional teams
Project Management Professional (PMP) or other project management certifications (e.g., Prince2, Agile) would be ideal
