About the role:
In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, delivery, and governance of learning and development programs that build the skills, knowledge, and career pathways of our people. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will develop and implement impactful training strategies that align with NQBP’s strategic objectives and compliance requirements.
Reporting to the Senior Manager People and Culture, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) framework.
• Conducting training needs analysis and identifying workforce capability gaps.
• Designing high-quality training content and onboarding programs.
• Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Management Framework (LMF).
• Partnering with leaders and Subject Matter Experts to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Monitoring training effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development (TAFE) or a related field.
• Significant experience in L&D or training, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Expertise in instructional design, blended learning, and digital training tools.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills.
• The ability to influence and guide leaders on best practices in learning and development.
• Proficiency in managing LMS platforms and developing digital learning solutions.
