The Company
Peak Partners is partnered with an emerging, globally significant mining business operating out of a safe, secure and highly attractive location in SE Asia. The business has significantly invested in upcoming future projects across their portfolio, lead by a reputable management group consisted of both proven expatriates and national executives. They are poised to become on the world's leading contributors of copper gold.
The Role
This role forms part of a project leadership unit on US $4.5bill multi-disciplinary project. It will become the most significant infrastructure corridor for this operation, taking responsibility of all civil packages, with significant geotechnical, earthworks and tunnelling within it's lens. With the project currently pursuing the end of it's study phase, there's a key need to unite the project through the tollgates, build and bring the team together, select and collaborate with consultants and contractors as this project progresses toward execution. This is client-side role, with first preference to candidate open to residing residentially.
To be successful in this role you must possess:
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
Exposure to Study (PFS/DFS/BFS) and project development phase through all phases of engineering/design, project execution and constructability/construction in mining infrastructure
Understand and the ability to appoint and lead detailed design consultants and manage the detailed design phase
Assist with the identification, selection and appointment of construction contractors
Previous experience in an expatriate environment
The ability to live residentially in South East Asia (preference); may consider FIFO
Exceptional remuneration package (USD net)
