- Coach, train and develop a successful team of 10+
- Identify key priorities, meet deadlines and delegate
- Motivate and drive your team to meet their KPIs
- Manage high stock volumes and VM guidelines
- Maintain a high standard of Health & Safety
- Exceed customer expectations - ensure return business
**About You**:
- An exceptionally friendly and engaging personality
- Proven experience in retail management
- Passion for training & developing staff
- Physically fit and ability to manage large and heavy stock volumes
- Understanding of large stock qualities & stock control processes
- Sales driven - love to smash your store targets and thrive from being part of a successful team
