About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager Asset Planning, you'll oversee two Asset Officers providing specialised asset management services to the organisation optimising asset performance and supporting long term planning.
Selection Criteria
* Demonstrated experience in asset management systems for organisations with substantial quantity and variety of assets.
* Comprehensive skills and knowledge of asset planning within local government or a similar environment.
* High level of skills and knowledge in associated software systems.
* Highly developed analytic skills.
* Strongly developed interpersonal skills to work in multidisciplinary business.
* Demonstrated high-level organisational and administration skills with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.
* Demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing Asset Management Policies, Strategies, and Plans.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 75 hours per fortnight, with an option for a fortnightly or monthly rostered day off.
About the Benefits
The salary range for this position is $102,391 - $108,637 p/a (depending on qualifications and experience), plus superannuation.
