Workplace Experience Administrative Assistant Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Workplace Experience team as a key support function.
As our ideal candidate, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Workplace Experience team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the office. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating event logistics, assisting with vendor coordination and services administration, and contributing to a well-organized, efficient, and engaging workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Workplace Experience team
* Maintain office stationary and miscellaneous supplies through regular ordering
* Assist with office catering, events, and projects
* Liaise with service providers and vendors as required
* Manage and respond to jira tickets as required
* Collaborate with the Cafe Manager and Office Assistant on management and feedback loop with company cleaners
* Assist in project administration as assigned by management
* Other tasks and responsibilities as required within the role and wider team and department
Requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in an office or business support role
* Knowledge of office or business procedures
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Bonus points if you also have: Experience working in a fast-paced corporate company environment, Administration in a business environment, Experience with Jira workflow management is a plus
