* Provide direct care and support during activities such as bus trips, ensuring resident comfort and safety.
* Offer assistance with daily living tasks, including meal service, mobility, and social interaction.
* Maintain a collaborative team environment, supporting peers and promoting a positive work culture.
* Adhere to safety protocols and policies, protecting oneself, colleagues, and residents from harm.
To Thrive in This Position You'll Need
* A compassionate heart and genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors.
* Effective communication skills and a positive attitude, facilitating strong relationships with residents and their families.
* Relevant qualifications, such as Certificate III or Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, Individual Support, or similar.
* The ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
* A reliable team player who can adapt to changing circumstances.
* A commitment to respecting residents' values, customs, preferences, and spiritual beliefs.
* A willingness to undergo necessary clearances, such as Police Checks and NDIS clearance.
