We're seeking a Coordinator Learning & Development to join our team and play a key role in maintaining our Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting the delivery of learning programmes.
As part of our People Experience Team, you'll be responsible for managing system processes, coordinating training logistics, providing customer service to learners, and ensuring smooth administration of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administer, maintain, troubleshoot issues and help improve our Learning Management System
* Provide guidance to the business on LMS solutions to meet learning needs
* Upload course content and manage learner profiles
* Respond to customer queries and maintain training tools and templates
* Coordinate programme logistics, reporting, and communications
* Support procurement processes including maintaining contract register
* Support meeting arrangements,
Requirements:
* Experience with Learning Management System administration
* Experience in administration, coordination, or customer support
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
