About the Role
We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities on a 24/7 rotating roster. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Personal Care
* Medication assist
* Meal preparation
* Community access
* Hoisting - 2 person assist
* Catheter Care
* Complex bowel care
* PEG Feeding
* Overnight support
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in Support Work preferred however open to those with no experience
* Experience in PEG Feeding and Catheter care preferred
* Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
* A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling.
* NSW Driver License
