We are seeking an experienced QP Audiologist with leadership skills to join our team in Western Australia as a Practice Manager and Clinician. The role involves overseeing the clinic's daily operations, ensuring a seamless client experience while driving business performance, and leading a team of Clinicians and front of house staff.
Job Description:
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for managing the clinic's operations, ensuring clinical excellence, an exceptional client experience and business efficiency.
You will also be expected to lead your team, manage their communications and foster a collaborative clinic culture.
* Analyse results and work with the state leadership team to achieve business goals.
* Benchmark against industry standards for best practice delivery on service level agreements (SLAs).
