Known for our friendly service and welcoming atmosphere, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
* Assist customers with product recommendations and queries.
* Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
* Restock shelves and ensure displays are tidy
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
* Adhere to liquor licensing laws and policies, ensuring responsible service of alcohol.
* Collaborate with the team to support the smooth operation of the store.
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
* RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
* Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and restocking products.
